Role Overview

As a Performance Marketing Specialist, you will be at the forefront of our digital marketing initiatives, driving growth and engagement through meticulously crafted advertising strategies. Your expertise in Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram), Google Ads, and catalog management tools will ensure our brand reaches and resonates with the right audiences. Experience with tools like WakeupData, Channable, or similar platforms is essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Social Ads Expertise: Develop, execute, and optimize high-impact campaigns primarily on Meta platforms (Facebook and Instagram), ensuring alignment with brand objectives and audience interests.

• Google Ads & Catalog Management: Leverage Google Ads and catalog management tools (e.g., WakeupData, Channable) to create dynamic, data-driven campaigns for maximum efficiency and sales impact.

• Performance Analysis: Monitor key campaign metrics, provide actionable insights, and adjust strategies using analytics tools like Google Analytics to maximize ROI.

• Optimization: Drive continuous improvement through A/B testing, audience segmentation, bid adjustments, and keyword analysis across platforms.

• Collaboration: Together with the marketing team you are responsible for the Ecommerce targets. So work with the creative team to craft compelling ad visuals and messaging while working closely with sales to ensure campaigns align with business objectives.

• Budget Stewardship: Allocate and manage marketing budgets effectively to meet performance goals.

• Reporting: Deliver detailed performance reports with clear insights and recommendations to inform marketing strategies and stakeholder decisions.

Qualifications

• Experience: 3+ years of performance marketing experience. This could be both on the brand or agency side.

• Specialist Skills: Advanced expertise in Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram), Google Ads, and catalog-driven marketing. Experience with tools like WakeupData, Channable, or equivalent is a must.

• Analytical Acumen: Demonstrated ability to analyze campaign data, draw insights, and apply them to optimize performance.

• Creativity: A creative thinker capable of crafting engaging, on-brand advertising content that delivers measurable results.

• Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge of performance marketing platforms and analytics tools, including Google Analytics.

• Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to collaborate across teams and present insights effectively.

• Leadership & Initiative: A proactive, results-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
