Your order will be shipped the following business day. If you place your order during the weekend, the order will be shipped the following monday. You will receive a tracking email, as soon as your package has been shipped.

Please be aware that public Holidays can affect the shipping time, and cause a delay.

Denmark: Free shipping on all orders.

Norway: 59 NOK. Free shipping on all orders above 499 NOK.

Sweden: 49 SEK. Free shipping on all orders above 499 SEK.

UK: £10. Free shipping on all orders above £60.

US: $15. Free shipping on all orders above $90.

EU countries: €15. Free shipping on all orders above €70.

Rest of the world*: €15. Free shipping on all orders above €70.

All the listed product prices, delivery costs and other costs include danish taxes and value-added taxes.

Please note, that in case of delivery outside the EU you are obliged to bear the customs duties and further costs incurred. We are not responsible for knowing the customs policies of other countries than Denmark. If you have any questions in regards to the customs regulations in your specific country, please contact your local customs office. If you are shopping from United Kingdom or Norway, then all prices are final and there will be no further VAT or customs charges added later.

Costs relating to delivery, freight or postage may vary and are added to each order.

We reserve the right to gather orders with the same delivery address in one shipment to minimize use of packaging.

There is only free shipping on orders of a certain value during sale periods. Delivery may also take longer than usual.

We reserve the right to change the prices and are subject to any printing errors, sold items and price changes.

We will not be held responsible for any delay or failure to comply with its obligations under these conditions if the delay or failure arises from any cause which is beyond our reasonable control such as if a package is lost by one of our carriers. This condition does not affect your statutory rights.

We do all we can to protect your products during transit. However, should any damage have occurred before you receive the products, please contact our customer service to arrange a replacement of the damaged pieces.

If the products have been damaged during transit, please return the jewellery and we will exchange the damaged pieces.

Please note that the risk of loss of or damage to the products passes to you after delivery. If the package appears to be damaged or ripped open, you should refuse to receive the products.

If you wish to complain about any lack of conformity, you are required to give notice to us.

In our stores in Copenhagen - Kronprinsensgade and Aarhus we offer the 'Collect in Store' service. If you choose pick up in Copenhagen you can collect your order after 1 business day after 17 pm. If you choose Aarhus, Denmark as the pick up location you can collect your order after 3 business days. Please collect at latest after 14 days.

If you do not pick up the parcel or take any action regarding the delivery, and the parcel is shipped back to us, and we will charge a fee of €60 / £55 / $70.

If the package is not picked up and any kind of fee is added, you are responsible for the extra cost and will be charged all costs and expenses associated with the return shipment. This includes freight charges, any extra payments, duties, taxes, levies, fees for Link Logistics a/s prepayments, return charges, any additional fees, etc.

You can experience a longer delivery time during sale periods:

Within Denmark: 5 - 8 days

Outside of Denmark: 10 - 12 days
